A gem from a master,

Carol Noonan is perhaps one of the most unfairly ignored artists in folk and rock. This CD shows her band at its best, or actually second best--her live shows showed them at their best. This work highlights both the power and subtlety of Ms. Noonan's voice, as well as the virtuoisty of bandmates such as Duke Levine. Id take a look at the other recordings as well, and her new release (only available through her website).

I really enjoy this CD. If you are a person who enjoys female vocalists, this album is a must. I would recommend anyone who is a person who loves good blues with a bit of a folk twist to make this purchase. Because of limited availability, Amazon is the best place to buy.Thank you Josh Lawson |
