Not bad, but not the best that Scholastic has to offer . . .,

This review is from: Noisy Nora... and More Stories About Mischief (Scholastic Video Collection) (DVD)
My 3.5- and 2-year-old children are entertained by four of the five shows. Noisy Nora is pretty good, except that someone gets referred to as "dumb," so be cautioned in that regard. They like the live action "Cannonball," but it goes on for a good long while. The "Uncle Elephant" show is quite interesting. My children liked the book and enjoyed the adaptation, which is claymation and must have taken about twenty years to make. Not the best of the Scholastic DVDs, not the worst either. If you're going to buy a few, get "Good Night, Gorilla" Good Night Gorilla & More Bedtime Stories (Scholastic Video Collection)and "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom." Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and Lots More Learning Fun! (Scholastic Video Collection)

This video is not for small children. There is someone referred to as dumb, but the last bonus video is the worst. It is about a 4 year old boy being drafted for the war. I was shocked that this is suggested for kids.
