This beautiful book, beautifully written contains a wealth of information; a joy to read. The photos illustrate the text nicely, for the most part.It also has patterns, charts & schematics, clear and easy to follow.
The new designs inevitably have become dated since first publication. A knitter today might want to update them, in terms of sweater shape and color and stitch pattern placement. The glitch is the out-of-print & used price. It would be nice if the book were reprinted & sell more affordably

Lots of historical information for Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden , Aaland and Finland, with color illustrations. The pattern instructions have black and white charts.
