This brand is prescribed by my neurologist for being pure, and assisting with my epilepsy. The gcaps are easy to swallow and no aftertaste or side effects found for myself.

I have tried other fish oil supplements and gotten that fishy after-burp. I still get it with this one, but at least it tastes like lemon. Apparently I am the 1-3% that still get the "burp-back" from their products. I would recommend it.

Wow, this stuff really changed things for me. I had these patchy rough sores on my head. I messed around with this stuff as an experiment. It cleared up the problem in 3 days! The sores seem to correspond with the changing of the seasons from warmer days to the onset of winter... around mid October to mid November (in Atlanta Ga. USA). I don't know why this stuff is lemon flavor. Seeing how they are in capsule form you don't really taste them. On top of that it also seemed to help with my allergies that I get to mold this time of year- I can not offer any explanation as to why.

It's a great product in my opinion. From what I have read, it supplies the needed nutrition as claimed. It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and safety as well as quality is important to me (too much mercury out there in the oceans). As to taste, I have no clue; I always take it whole. I guess my one small complaint might be that the pill is somewhat large (but at least it is flexible).

These gels are not cheap, but at least you are getting something that is hopefully good for you without any poisons in it (the sea has a lot of contamination which is reflected in many of the fish out there). I have been using these gels for over a year, just remember that they have calories (like 30 per pop), so if you are watching calories, this might be a factor if you take the recommended dosage (I don't).
