Good quality fish oil, plus CoQ10 at a reasonable price. Doesn't cause fishy tasting burps, even if you don't refrigerate them.

My burps smelled like i ate fish food . I didnt notice any gain in weight loss or anything at all . This is really just one of those vitamins you get enough of if you have a good diet. If you are already living a semi healthy lifestyle dont waste your money, in fact id be surprised to find out this had any noticable effect on anyone. studies be damned.
