Expensive, yes, but worth it for me...

It's extra pure and the only kind that does not give me horrible reflux of the many I've tried. It is also more highly concentrated than most brands and therefore, fewer have to be taken.

i've tried a few brands of omega/fish oil products - this is the best one i've tried. it has no "after taste" and is a very high quality product.

i've read many great reviews of its quality as well (elsewhere).

i recommend it!

the only "con" might be the size of the pills if you have any issues with swallowing.

I am very pleased with the Nordic Naturals Omega 3 capsuls. They are easy to swallow, and there are no "after burps."

I have used these for years, ever since my doctor recommended them. The quality of the fish oil is the best with no fishy aftertaste. A hint my doctor passed on to me: store these (or any fish oil supplement)in the freezer. Almost guaranteed to eliminate burps.

These Omega Naturals really lubricate your brain. I suffer from chronic
depression and after being told to try Nordic Naturals from a doctor I
will continue to use this brand. After using for only a few days I could
already start to see a difference. The brain needs oils to function
properly and these oils in Nordic Naturals are very clean. I like things
as organic as possible and these work very well for me. I feel I am
getting my moneys worth and will continue to purchase this brand. Very
pleased with the product and the distributor.

I tried fish oil capsules before and they left a bad taste. These leave no after taste at all.

I have been using Nordic Naturals for years and really like the lemon-flavored Ultimate Omega.

I got this for my mom and she has no problems using this product. The only complaint I have is the cost which is quite expensive. I was at Target the other day and saw another brand for a lot less. Think I'll be trying out the other brand and see...

I decided to buy this product based on the reviews here and I was completely disappointed. First of all, they're enormous; they're by far the largest pills I've ever taken. Now, they're the soft gel kind so they're not impossible to swallow but even if I immediately chase it with a lot of water, I can still feel it slowly squeezing its way down my throat. It's incredibly unpleasant.

To me, they absolutely do smell fishy and they taste it, too. It says there's a great lemon taste but that just makes it fish + lemon;, it doesn't erase the fish smell or the fish taste. But that's fine, whatever, that's just ten seconds a day I have to bear it, right?

Not so much. I have tried these pills several times now and every time I get these disgusting lemony fish burps all the rest of the day. And this was only with one pill; the bottle recommends two, which kind of sounds nightmare-ish to me.

It may just be that I'm too sensitive to take fish oil supplements but I just wanted a review here to provide a different perspective, since the other reviews are all pretty glowing. These pills were a waste of money for me and I'd advise anyone who's not accustomed to taking fish oil supplements to maybe consider what you're in for, especially at this price.
