I STARTED OUT NORDIC WALKING JUST FROM READING THE INTERNET BUT WANTED MORE DUE TO TRAVELING SO MUCH AND LACK OF ACCESS TO THE INTERNET ..I PURCHASED THE BOOK IN HOPES OF HAVING IT HANDY ALL THE TIME .. SUCCESS THE BOOK COVERS MORE THEN EXPECTED ..
