In my twenties I bought no less than three non-stick cookie sheets while my Grandmother (an avid baker) was still using her aluminum bakeware from the 40's. I later inherited a few of her aluminum pans and I couldn't believe the difference. My cookies were no longer crispy and brown on the outside and soft in the middle...they were baked evenly. I was also able to scub the sheet and place it in the dishwasher, something you can't do with non-stick varieties. Additionally, there is no danger of having teflon flake into your baked goods. Aluminum is tried and tested and provides professional results. Buy the right cookie sheet and buy it once! I have both the half and quarter sheets by Nordic. The lids make it easy to tote your baked goods to the office party too!

I love this pan. I use the half sheet and this quarter sheet all the time. The lids are very convinient though they are not air tight.

Wonderful, especially because it has a lid. This pan quality is so strong and it seems like it will last many many years.

These are awesome and I would recommend these to anyone-I absolutely LOVE them!!!! The lid is definetely an extra BONUS. The Large pan's lid a piece was broke off, so I called the company and they sent me a replacement with no problems.

This is a great size for smaller portions. It is made with sturdy aluminum and the lid is nice. My quarter-sheet sized Silpat fits this pan perfectly. I also have the half-sheet size of this brand. Always remember to avoid sudden temperature changes with your pans to avoid warping. (Mine have never warped.)

I love this baking sheet...so much I've bought multiples for myself, several for each of my kids, and now they are my 'go to' shower/wedding gifts for co workers. It's just my spouse and I for meals now, and this quarter sheet size is perfect for most of my baking needs. It cleans easily in the dishwasher, and doesn't take up much more space than a platter. My aluminum bakeware from my first apartment 35 years ago is still in service, I have every reason to expcet these sheets to last as long. The lid makes storage easy, the only complaint I could possibly have about this item is that sometimes it is a bit difficult to remove the lid.

This is really well made and seems to made out of great materials. The same thickness and "heft" as my nordic ware 1/2 sheet pans, plus a pretty well made snap on lid.

I wish it came with a rack, or there was a good quality rack that fit inside of this.

I expect to get lots of use out of this. It will be perfect for when I am making something smaller than what is needed for a 1/2 sheet pan. Cleanup will be easier because it will easily fit in my sink.

I love these pans, you cant go wrong! I bought several sizes and got a great deal. I use them for everything including baking. I even used one, several times on the grill and NO DAMAGE! They clean great I love the fact that I can use for multiple purposes. Dishwasher safe, but I prefer to hand wash they keep that shiny even look. The lids are great I can bake and go into fridge with no added mess.

This is just right for our two person family. I have used it for roasted vegetables and also for whole meals. It fits many of my baking recipes adapted for the small family. I love it.

I like these pans alot. They fit in the dishwasher and clean up great.

Brownies, corn bread, and little french bread pizzas.
