I love this fish boat - it has many more uses that just cooking fish - roasted or grilled veggies, baked chicken pieces, baked fish, poached fish, and I even made a meatloaf on my grill with it. Bought all my siblings(4) one for their birthdays! Easy clean up too.

I've wanted a fish poacher for years but just couldn't justify spending that large amount of money on an item that I would not use for much else. Then I saw the fish 2-piece fish boat. It can be used for so many purposes and it works like a dream. I've poached, broiled, and baked fish in the fish boat. It can also be used on the grill and for meats and vegetables. Thank you so solving my dilemma.

Cooking fish is made so easy with the Nordic fish pan. Nothing sticks to it and it is very durable. Anyone can use this wonderfully designed pan to achieve healthy meals whether used in the oven or on the grill. I gave 2 friends a pan and they are so thrilled with it!
