When I bake, I always spray cooking spray AND flour the pan. I never have any problems and clean up is a breeze. You can also try bread crumbs instead of flour if you'd like (I used cocoa for my chocolate dishes and it worked just fine too...it does not leave a white finish as flour often does on chocolate cakes).
This is a great pan that makes beautiful cakes:)

Wonderful item, easy to use. Love the weight of the pan, had no problem with having cakes become too dark. The cakes come out easily with no sticking. The cost is a bit high, but well worth it...am sure it will last many years.

I really enjoy my new mini bundt pan. It makes beautiful mini bundt cakes that look like they've been made at a bakery. It's best to use non-stick spray before baking. I didn't have any problems with it. I only wish there could be more than 6 mini loves in a pan!
