These are fantastic. I already own 3 of the snowflake pans for Christmas (which everyone LOVED with the included recipe) and one of these. I had to order another so I could get two pans going at a time during the rest of the year. (Snowflakes in Texas summer just didn't fit). I'd recommend this to anyone. Nice, solid, heavy pan. No cheap aluminum. Non stick works perfect when you use bakers friend cooking spray. Clean up is fairly easy with only one or two flecks getting caught in the design. Definitely much better than the pottery ones which you risk breaking, chipping or just plain cracking.
I expect I will have these a long time.

Nice pan, with the style and quality you expect from NordicWare. Only thing is that it's 9" square, not 9" x 11" as advertised. The folks at Amazon.com must have included the handles of the pan in their measurements, LOL!

The non-stick finish is really nice for getting the cookies out of the pan easily, but the design doesn't show up as much as I thought it would. Still, it does the job well.

I love this pan! The designs are beautiful and the shortbread tastes so good. After you bake and give it 10-15 minutes to cool, you flip it over onto a cutting board and cut while warm. Great pan!!

The Nordic Shortbread Pan is easy to use and consistent in the baking outcome. I own a small baking business and use the pans to bake shortbread and thinner butter cookies.

I purchased this shortbread pan/mold as a gift for a friend who loves to have tea parties..she loves the mold.. it was for her 70th birthday, and she was delighted...Thank You

This is a great pan for making shortbread. Much prefer it to the clay one it replaced.

This is a great pan for the price. If you like shortbread as much as I do you'll love this pan!

I purchased this just before Christmas and made two batches of shortbread following the recipe on the wrapper. Excellent! I used spray canola oil to grease the pan and sprinkled white edible glitter on the shortbread after cooking to make them a little more festive. Everyone loved the cookies-would definitely recommend this pan to all bakers!

I now have two of these pans. The super fine detail of the designs can be lost in the baked goods and so as cute as these designs are, you may not find them quite as decorative as you had hoped. The cookies are still very nice. I do not like the recipe that comes with the pan...it's sticky and I found VERY difficult to work with...as in very annoying! I'm going to tinker with it (more flour?) or find a better recipe. It does taste good! Some other recipes gave better results. These pans require minimal seasoning and clean up well. They release the shortbread nicely so I've had no failures there. I found that after 10 minutes of cooling, inverting the pans on a cutting board and cutting with a pizza cutter gave me nice, neat little squares. If you don't have a lot of time to fuss over cookies but want something a bit fancy for holidays, teas, or parties...this is your pan!
