Im very pleased with Nordic ware. This cathedral bundt pan makes a beautiful cake. I made a lemon pound cake for a friend of mine for Christmas, she, her children and guests were in awe. I used Pam spay for baking on the interior surface. No problems. Take care of your Nordic Ware and it will serve you well.

The Cathedral Bundt Pan is heavy and strong, makes for good even temperature while baking. Because of it's detail I just pop it in the dishwasher to clean it--it comes out 100% clean every time. It makes a very impressive cake that always gets a lot of compliments. I like to use it for Christmas, Easter, church functions and wakes--it's just the thing.

This cathedral bundt pan is fantastic! It is made of high-quality metal and is so attractive that you want to display it as "kitchen art". I use non-stick cooking spray with flour (for baking) to grease the pan, making sure all the little corners get sprayed, and the cathedral sections make a perfect guide for cutting evenly-sized portions of cake (for 8-16 people). This pan makes it so easy to produce a truly impressive-looking cake with minimal effort -- I love it!

I am very pleased with the this bundt pan. I used a spray product to grease it, used a pastry brush to distribute the spray more into the small crevices and the cake popped out with no problem. I went to the Nordic site to get tips for using the pan and watched their videos too. I think the trick to getting your cake out cleanly is the prep and then only waiting about 10 min. for the cake to to cool before releasing the cake. The pattern was very evident in the cake. I used the Duncan Hines Bundt Cake recipe on the side of the box. It did not bake all the way to the top of the pan but I was please with the results and the design from the cake pan. I plan on buying some of their other bundt pans for the holidays.

I love this pan! It is beautiful and worked extremely well. I followed the pound cake recipe on the side of a Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, and it came out perfectly! And the recipients loved it. Clean up was easy as well.

Nordic ware bundt pans are the best. I have over a dozen. Grease well with Crisco vegetable shortening, using a pastry brush. I made a chocolate bourbon cake, so instead of flour, I dusted the interior of the pan with cocoa powder. The result was a beautiful cake, without white specs here and there, and it did not stick. ( if you're making a light colored cake, use flour ) A dusting of powdered sugar over a cooled cake brings out the detail. Clean up was a breeze-no stuck on, baked on mess. Wash in hot, soapy water using a soft, nonabrasive cloth or microfiber kitchen sponge. I store these pans with wax paper or paper towels between them to prevent scratches, several pans nest well one inside the other. With proper care, these pans should last for years.

Such a lovely bundt cake when using this bundt cake pan. Heavy duty and non-stick Nordicware is great. I find you must not fill the pan over 2/3 full and usually should let the cake cool 10 minutes before inverting. Baker's Joy is great for detail with non-stick surface. I have found great recipes in Bundt cake cookbooks and online.

Like other Nordic Ware pans, this is a great bundt cake pan. I just used a doctored cake mix recipe and created a impressive, professional looking cake. People who I served the cake to are at awe with how beautiful the cake looks. I prepared to cake pan with Pam For Baking, let the cake cool for 20 minutes when done, put a cake plate on top of the cake pan, flip it over and the cake just slided out. There is no need to frost the cake so that saves time and calories. This cake pan lets amateur bakers like me produce professional looking cakes. So glad I bought it. It is also very sturdy so it should last a life time.

I used this new Bundt Pan to send a cake into my husband's work and everyone loved how it looked. I sprinkled powdered sugar over the chocolate cake & it looked just like snow on a Cathedral. So beautiful! I didn't have any trouble with the cake sticking; it just slipped right out. Great product!

I bought one of these years and years ago. The unique shape is so beautiful. The non-stick surface is great....I've never had problems of it not coming out after spraying it with PAM and dusting it with flour. After giving my original one way, I recently purchased another one. I decorate my Rum & Pecan cake with raspberries holly leaves around the edge and dust the whole thing with powdered sugar which looks like snow. With the shape of the pan, the whole thing looks fantastic! Get this pan and then find a recipe. You will become VERY popular!
