I have used many other springform pans and the all evenutally leak. This one is the best I have used it many many times and it is just wonderful. If you like to make cheesecakes this is the one for you. I highly recommened this one to all.

I own a retail bakery and after a couple of our springform pans got dented up trying to fit the ring on the base, I decided to try another brand. I picked up one of these to try and it's the best springform pan we've ever used. Very easy to put together (saves time in a busy bakery). So we decided to replace all our existing springforms with these. Great product.

I'M SORRY I DIDN'T PURCHASE THIS YEARS AGO. DIDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH A CHEESECAKE LEAKING OUT FROM BOTTOM OF PAN, EVEN THOUGH I WRAPPED WITH FOIL. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A GREAT PAN WITH A GREAT PRICE.

Bought this pan because the product dimensions stated it was 3 inches deep. (recipe I want to try states need springform pan at least 3 inches deep) The inside depth is closer to 2 1/2 inches because of the leak proof construction, so this is not going to work for me. Picture of product doesn't show this. Probably works great for cheese cake but I already had a good cheese cake pan.

For all intents and purposes, this springform pan does the job. However, after some usage , the non-stick coating on the inside begins to flake off. So, if you like non-stick chemicals in your cheesecake, by all means buy it. I prefer the Kaiser.

I bought this pan to make cheesecake with and thought it would be much easier than having to wrap the bottom in foil to prevent it from leaking. I made two cheesecakes, and I tested this pan at first by putting water in it to see if it leaked and it did not. I made one cheesecake and it came out perfectly. I then washed the pan and checked again for leaks and it kept leaking. The only bad thing about this pan is that because of the lip around the bottom edge of the pan, once it leaks it is kind of hard to just wrap foil around the bottom as the water runs over the lip and straight into the foil, causing the foil to get wet. I was not about to risk my cheesecake batter in this pan and have it go to waste. I wouldn't recommend this pan. I gave it two stars as it did work right the first time. I also received this pan somewhat damaged with it dinged in on a side. This may have made it leak, not sure.

I've never owned a spring form pan, so my decision to purchase this item was based on the good reviews. Since it was my first pan, I didn't want to buy something very expensive (in case my interest in baking fizzled out), but I also didn't want something that was cheap and was going to have to be replaced quickly. The non-stick coating (along with a bit of cooking spray) worked perfectly for the basic cake mix I made. The pan is raised, so there are no edges for the cake to get caught on when sliding it off. The form cools relatively quickly and cleans easily. After a few uses, though, I did notice a bit of rust on the latch. It's not enough to be alarmed over nor does it come in contact with anything that's being baked in the pan. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recomend this product to anyone.

Works exactly like it should. When pouring just plain water into my pan, only a small amount leaked out the bottom. However, this design features a rim around the edge that caught this small amount of water leaking. The additional pressure prevented any further leaking.

I've made one cheesecake with this and not a single drop of batter leaked.

This is a great pan for making New York style cheesecakes. I haven't tried it for recipes that require a water bath, but all the cheesecakes I've made in it have come out wonderful. I've always used a jellyroll pan underneath, but so far it's just for insurance. Not even a smidge of that delicious filling has managed to show under the rim.

No leaking, and no sticking. Just make sure you run a butter knife or small rubber spatula around the edge before you try to take the pan off.

I've used this pan 3 times so far. It works great, minimal sticking, easy to clean.
