The classic tube-cake bundt pan is round with vertical flutings alternating between sharp/narrow and rounded/wide. This mold removes the tube and elongates the shape to produce decorative loaves. (Think of the sensation a meat loaf coming out of this pan would create.) Detail remains intact thanks to the pan's heavy, cast-aluminum sturdiness, which promotes even baking. Try the chocolate loaf with strawberry sauce (recipe included), and the pan's capacity to create fine crusts is enticingly demonstrated. The mold holds 10 cups of batter, enough to make a festive cake for eight people. This rust- and warp-resistant pan has a long life expectancy. Nordic Ware makes the best looking pans, but this is my favorite pan from Nordic Ware! This pan makes beautiful breads and cakes. Because it has a non-stick coating you might have to adjust your temperature to a higher setting when baking. And even though it is non-stick, I suggest that you spray it with oil before baking because sometimes it does stick! It's also very easy to clean up.

Purchased this pan recently and am so pleased with the how well it bakes - I am looking to add to my baking set with more Nordic Ware. I baked two loaves of "Friendship Bread" in this pan and my traditional loaf pan. The one in this pan absolutely fell out beautifully!! It did not stick at all and the shape made it extra nice. The other one - well, it was a good thing it tasted good. Definately recommend this pan!

Why shouldn't you have a good looking cake? This pan is perfect when it comes to baking sturdy, non stick and it has not hot spots. The shape is quite nice, and the design turns out well. Cakes and jello both turn out very well in this pan.
