What's not to like? This is the classiest bundt pan I've ever seen. Most people are unfamiliar with this particular bundt pan design, so it always makes a great impression at bake sales or even at dinner parties. There is no more work involved than in baking a plain cake -- and the results are spectacular. Take care to liberally spray the pan with Baker's Joy (cooking spray with flour combination) and use a thick batter to pick up all the design details. There are lots of free bundt cake recipes on line in the various search engines -- some that adapt cake mixes or if you prefer, are from scratch creations. Just be sure that after baking you let the cake cool upright in the pan for 15 minutes before attempting to unmold. And, the pan will last a lifetime if metal utensils and harsh scouring pads are avoided. No frosting is necessary - just a light sprinkle of powdered sugar and you are done.

I purchased this cake pan to make gifts for my neighbors. (for christmas) My cake pan is getting a little age on it. My neighbors really liked the new shape. I had to change my recipe a little to fit the different size pan. But other than that, I really like the weight, and shape of the pan. A very nice addition to my kitchen.

I was delighted with the results of this pan. It is really sturdy and with plenty of shortening, had no issues with anything sticking. The recipe inside for Kugelhopf was delicious. I just did not bake it as along as they recipe called for and I covered it with foil after it started to brown so that the bread did not dry out.This was really a good investment.

I own all of the standard cake pans round, square, rectangle and loaf. But nothing compares to these beautiful pans. I used this pan for the first time and the cake came out beautifully. The cake baked evenly and no rotation required. It took the shape of the pan and released so easily - of course due to the butter and flour coat. A pastry brush is necessary to get into all of the grooves. I will be collecting most Nordicware pans. These pans make gorgeuos cakes. Enjoy!

I love this cake pan, made a key lime pound cake and swirled glaze over the cake and it looked beautiful. Brushed butter around pan with pastry brush, cake came out very easy.

I bought this pan to make a special cake and it turned out as beautiful as the recipe photo. It is simple elegance and perfect for many occasions. It is very well proportioned, with no sticking and baked evenly.

I think I have previously reviewed a Nordic Ware bundt pan - they are the best I have ever baked with and I have been baking for 25 or 30 years. Over the years, I collected several of them - all different shapes and sizes. They bake evenly, are truly non-stick and the shapes are beautiful so that often all you need is just dust them with sugar and forget about icing.

this gugelhopf form from nordic ware, is like a blessing from above....such beautiful shape and easy to use as well by just following the instructions...from the first use I never had a problem...so content with my purchase.

IT was my FIRST and I mean 1st purchase from Amazons.I was so pleasantly surprised.Great service,very speedy delivery.I have never used the Nordic Ware before. I have been baking Easter "BABKI" for years but Kugelhoph Bundt is way superior to any cake pan I've ever bought in Europe or Australia. Baking cakes is very special to me but baking bundts with fresh yeast is my passion. I do use the best of ingredients, the best equipment and I bake it in the best oven (combi-steam oven from V-Zug). And now I HAVE the BEST cake tin from Nordic Ware.IT is the most wonderful cake pan I have used. I am so impressed how perfect my Kugelhopf Bundt turned up. I just love it.

The pan is what we were looking for. We were a bit worried about what shape it would be in when we got it since the pan was pushed into a box that was too small for it and making the sides of the box bulge out. This obviously left no space for packing material to protect it. Fortunately the pan was strong enough to withstand the abuse and was fine when we opened it.
