I bought this stadium cake pan before my Super Bowl party. It is a nonstick, heavyweight good quality cake pan. I was afraid that the cake would not come out easily due to the detailing in the stadium pan. To my surprise, the cake released easily and beautifully. The cake really looks like a football stadium! My guests were extremely impressed with the cake and I cannot wait to use the pan again.

One piece of advice is to slightly reduce the amount of cake batter placed in the pan. I used an 18.25 oz box of cake mix and the batter overflowed out of the pan and onto the bottom of my oven.

I got this to make a Super Bowl party cake, and had never made a Bundt cake in my life. The pan comes with a suggested recipe, but I used the Create Your Own recipe from the Nordic Ware website. There are also great tips for baking Bundts on their site. The important thing to keep in mind is that it's a 10-cup capacity pan, but most Bundt recipes are for 12 cups. Don't fill it more than halfway and it should work fine. The recipe I used made enough batter for the pan plus 6 regular size cupcakes. I used shortening and flour to prepare the pan, and a couple of the small details got lost due to minor sticking - it was hard to brush the shortening into all of the tiny crevices. Next time I use it, I'll get a cooking spray with flour to see if it works better (Nordic Ware recommends Baker's Joy).

I made a cake for Superbowl. Turn out just pretty! Make sure to butter your pan before pouring batter.

It was smaller than I'd expected, but is very sturdy; I was surprised at how heavy it was. I haven't yet been able to bake anything in it, as the purpose I got it for, it was too small. Still very cute though.

This is a fun pan, I wish it were a little bit bigger however.
It is so small that it is hard to detail. But I put it on top of a larger flat cake to give it the appearance of being bigger..
Once you detail it, it is a great show piece for those fun parties!

Purchased for a football themed cake for a 9 year old birthday boy. We made the Yellow Cream Cake recipe that came with the pan - it is delicious!

NOTE: The Nordic Ware Yellow Cream Cake recipe is for a 10 cup pan. This is a 9 cup pan! SOLUTION: Fill 6 cupcake tins 2/3 full of the batter, then pour the remaining batter in the pan. Worked perfectly for me with maybe 1/2 inch of pop-over that didn't even need to be trimmed off. Spray the pan evenly with a cooking spray for baking (with flour in it - Baker's Joy or Pam with Flour) - it will pop out perfectly every time.

Easy to decorate in so many ways! We made footballs from slightly warmed Tootsie Rolls, "grass" out of green decorating sugar, goal posts from pretzle sticks, "people in the stands" out of dots of frosting. The birthday boy LOVED it! You could easily make this into a soccer stadium, football stadium, hockey rink, rock concert... just use your imagination! It's a nice heavy pan, cooks evenly, worth every penny! Kids end of season sports parties, Stanley cup party, Superbowl party, World Cup party...you'll get a lot of use out of it!

I love this cake mold, I put in 1 and 1/2 boxes of brownie mix, however, I have trouble baking it for just the right time. I put dots on the seats. and sometimes make little scorboards with paper sticking up. It's a hit! I do have trouble getting it out of the pan . I use Bakers joy. When I use the mix on the label, I put on a cookie sheet to help cook the bottom of the pan evenly.

I seen once TV Ad and wonder how they make a cake at looking a football stadium. When I first seen the football stradium cake pan on Cooking.com. When I can I am going to make a football stradium cake.

Product is heavy and smaller than I anticipated but I enjoy using it. It was great during football season. Make sure to coat the pan really well if you want your cake to come out in one piece since there are so many little details and nooks on it.

This heavy pan made a great cake that was cute and easily recognizable. The cake came right out - I had no problems with any sticking but I did use cooking spray first.
