I also have the bigger pot from Nordic Ware, and I have been nothing but pleased since my first use. Heats quickly and evenly, and food doesn't stick. Very, very nice saucepan.

I purchased this pan for my wife. She has several other NorticWare Restaurant pans, from their smallest to largest frying pans. Excelent quality, non-stick coating on thick aluminium insures even heat distribution and easy cleanup. My only complaint on this pot is in reguards to the all metal lid handle. It smarts if you touch it. It needs a silicone wrap to protect my wife's delicate fingers...
