The Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet, 13.5 X 14, is an excellent choice for those baking in today's better insulated, 30-inch ovens. I purchased this item after finding that my older, large AirBake cookie sheets went completely from front-to-back, if placed so the raised lip could be grabbed, in my new oven. This sheet fits the new oven well, but is only large enough to accommodate 9 cookies. Although imprinted with words indicating NordicWare classifies this as a large-sized baking sheet, the useable surface area is only 13" X 14." Personally, I would classify it as a medium-sized baking sheet.

I particularly like that the Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet is a nice medium weight. It does not take a weight-lifter to put it into or take it out of the oven. Nevertheless, it is still substantial enough so that it does not warp. Another feature, which is becoming difficult to find in reasonably priced baking pans, is the absence of any type nonstick coating. I use parchment paper on my baking sheets, but still prefer a traditional uncoated surface. Best of all - these pans were manufactured in the United States.

If this pan had one drawback, it was that it had rough edges. Although these were not rough enough to scrape or cut the user, I felt this was a downside. This issue was easily solved by having my spouse buff them to a smoother finish. One of the raised lips was "dinged," but since performance was not affected I did not return it to Amazon or deduct from the rating.

I would recommend the Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet, 13.5" X 14", to anyone needing a quality, medium-sized baking sheet; I purchased two. For those preferring a larger baking sheet and who have an oven which can accomodate it, I recommend the Vollrath 14" X 17" baking sheet. I will be purchasing a second one soon - that should round out my purchases of new cookie sheets.

I have an old, crappy oven in my apt and this cookie sheet makes everything cook evenly. It's awesome!!!

We have been very happy with this cookie sheet. It is nice and heavy and durable. Cleans up well. I like the fact that it is made in the USA and you can tell it is so much better than cheap flimsy cookie sheets made elsewhere that bend and warp. This has not warped and seems strong enough that I doubt it will be a problem. I haven't had anything stick to it either.

Very nice sheet with great quality and made in USA. Used this sheet and one of my older sheets to make some sugar cookies and wow what a difference. Very even bake across the sheet unlike my other pan that had some hot spots and a darker cookie bottom. Whould buy another.

I actually received the Nordic Ware 1/2 sheet pan instead of the Cookie Sheet. I kept it instead of going through the hassle of returning it. I like Nordic Ware because it cleans up well and isn't disposable like other baking ware.

I bought this because I dislike the way that the dark and non-stick cookie sheets require most baking times and temps to be altered from traditional recipes. With this plain material, recipes can be followed and it turns out great. However, I find that this is also very easily scratched and looks pretty well worn after only a few uses. Definitely do not use anything rough to scrub it when cleaning.

I purchased this cookie sheet after growing weary of the cheap ones I used to buy over and over from the discount stores. This sheet is perfect for everything I have baked on it. It heats evenly and quickly. I love it so much, I just ordered another.

Nice cookie sheets. Good quality and American Made! Shipped on time. very happy overall, The pans are heavy weight and have three sides with a lip on them.

I chose these based on advice from Cook's Illustrated. I've used them for Christmas cookies two years in a row with wonderful results! I line them with parchment paper and always make sure to cool them between batches. Cookies always come out perfectly browned, spread evenly, and no issues with sticking. The sheets are lightweight and easy to handle without being flimsy. I haven't noticed any warping. Edges are a bit rough as another reviewer mentioned but that hasn't really bothered me. They fit easily into my dishwasher and nest together for storage. A few minor complaints, I wish they had a handle on two sides instead of just one and wish they were a bit larger. They are too large to fit two sheets side by side in my oven, but are narrow enough to waste oven space and therefore baking time.

Very nice product, purchased for a gift. So happy to find something made in the USA.... not an easy task these days.
