Smooth and beautiful with my Exclusive NordicDanny touches which include a hard mounted Sport Bottle Holder, NEW bolts - washers & rubber bumper for added stability, each washer & bearing has been removed - cleaned and oiled or greased for smooth & quiet performance. Even the corner rollers - each axle has been smoothed out with superfine 0000 steel wool and axle bearing grease swabbed inside each roller.

The Achiever, Medalist and Elite Skiers have a larger (round) leather brake pad on the arm exerciser which gives you a more even and smooth draw on the pull. The click of a knob changes the tension for the lower body workout allowing you to 'fine tune' the tension while skiing.

I've been working out on my Nordic Track Medalist since 1995. I must have skied well over 1000 miles on this machine with not one single problem. These American made Nordic Track skiers are far superior to any other exercise machine, past or present.

The ski machine was delivered in just a few days. The carton that was used to ship it was way too light weight for such an item. The box was torn and tattered but the machine was not damaged.

There was a bolt missing but after contacting the seller I received the bolt within three days.

The NordicTrack Medalist Skier Ski Machine operates as advertised. Once I learned how to balance and got my cadence down, no problem.

It's a good work out that I can enjoy several times a week while watching t.v. It's not too loud. The previous machine I had - Alpine Tracker by CSA was loud so the t.v. volume went way up. I enjoyed the CSA machine for 12 years before it wore out and parts were no longer available to fix it.
