I have about 10 different pans, and this is by far my favorite for a few reasons:

1) Kids love the shape (Is it a crown? Is it a forest?)

2) The shape makes it very easy to cut uniform size pieces.

3) The pan releases very easily.

this is a great product!!! it works great!! it makes a cake look great with holiday theme....product is built to last two life times and then some....a little green food coloring makes it look like a forest/powered sugar and you have a masterpiece....happy holidays to all!!!!!!!

I have used this thing for jello and cake molds, and I cant tell you how much I love it. While the end product comes out smaller than what youd think, the detail of the mold is not in the least bit disappointing. I use this for doing amazing 3D cakes and at christmas for layered jello molds the family loves. I love this product so much now for ease of use, cleaning and for detailed cooking, that I plan on buying ALL of their molds that are similiar. You wont be disappointed and I would have LOVED to get this as a gift, therefore you might want to consider this for a gift for that person who LOVEs to be fun and creative in the kitchen as I am.

Very nice heavy, non-stick cake pan. As with all decorative cake pans, spray it with veggie oil CONTAINING FLOUR, and it will release the cake perfectly every time. Bake at 325, and then just bake slightly longer for a lighter colored cake exterior. It is challenging to decorate, but on the other hand can be a fun cake as well.

I received the product within days of ordering it just before Christmas. It was delivered via UPS at my door. I used the Holiday Tree Bundt pan to bake Christmas cakes. I baked 5 of them using the receipe included with the pan, I kept one for myself serving it for dessert at a family function, wrapped four cakes in pretty clear Christmas wrapping basket product, decorated the wrapping with nice bows and curly rubans and gave them to each of my three neighboors as Christmas present. It was a hit. For the 5th one, when I received family and friends for dinner I organized a draw. I put their names in a bowl and the winnr got the prize: The famous Holiday Tree cake.

I have few specialty cake pans from Nordic. They are all very good and I am planning to add to my collection.

The cake came out beautifully. I was very careful to grease and flour every inch of the pan. I made a chocolate mint cake which was too rich. The next time I use it, I will make something a little less rich. Also, the pan is made in the USA. That is one of the reasons I bought it.NordicWare Cast Aluminum Holiday Tree Bundt Pan
