Nordic Ware is always a great product. The pans bake the ingredients evenly, no burnt spots, and they always come out of the pan looking fantastic. No scraping, no crumbling, no mess.
I have several pans and this pan gets a workout once a year. Need a cake for the office party - you can use a cake mix in this pan, dust it with powdered sugar and sit back and listen to the praises. For your holiday celebrations, you can bake your Aunt Roe's pound cake in this lovely pan and see how quick it gets eaten up.
