This is not one of those gimmicks that you fall for and only use for a week before you throw it out. I have had mine for over a year and I still use it every day. I bought a second one expecting to have to replace it every so often like I used to with any other brand but I have not had to use it. The fact that it is water resistant, so I can leave it in the shower, and made by a good company is what makes it a superior product.
