Not ours, Norfolk Manor Butter Mints, we modestly admit, are simply perfect. It takes a lot of care to create such perfection. We begin by cooking all of the carefully selected ingredients in open gas fired copper pans. Then we add pure oil of peppermint. Each candy is then lovingly decorated with stripes and carefully wrapped so none of the flavor can possibly escape. Unwrap one and pop it into your mouth. Takes me back many, many years ago when a college boyfriend gave me a gift of a tin of these. I'd never mentioned that I liked them. He said that he just guessed I would. My heart went pitty-pat. I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for him, the special memory, and these mellow morsels.
