This book is widely available for $60, at which price it is a great bargain, and an excellent dissertation on the topic. The $1200 price cited is lunacy.

Just as with the Second Generation book, this one is a must for N&W fans! It has sharp photos and details of each model from various builders right up to the 1982 merger with Southern. Very hard to find, so if you find it, grab it!
