Was what I ordered but contained defective items,

This order was placed with Amazon as the vendor. It was also sold and shipped by Amazon.
I ordered 8 sets. I love the plates. The order was divided up into two shipments. The first shipment had two sets that contained defects. The second shipment also contained two sets that contained defects. Amazon was helpful and very quick to respond (close to within 5 minutes of my return request) and return shipment was free. However, this is a large order and for the amount of money I spent I did not expect there to be so many defective sets. |
