The first comics,
By Jarvis Cottrell (USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Norm Magazine, No. 1 (Paperback)
This book starts right at the beginning of The Norm's syndication in 1996. It's fresh, it's funny, and if I'm sounding like a commercial for a new teen comedy, I apologize...but it's really true. If you look at the drawing style from these strips compared to the new strips, you can see that Michael Jantze has changed and improved his style (the shirt is drawn noticeably different) but there is something very appealing to the eye in the way these are drawn. A great read, and funnier than Oprah Winfrey mud wrestling...and that's saying something.
