5.0 out of 5 stars Monumental Step Forward In Latin Rock, November 10, 2006
This review is from: Normal (Audio CD)
This a pivotal album for the latin rock industry. Technically it is bilingual, like Elsten's first album under the name Rebelde Sin Causa (with Jason X), but the depth and unapologetically catchy tunes are worth every penny. Whether now or in 20 years, this'll be a great CD.

4.0 out of 5 stars now you see and hear who is the real talent......, May 16, 2003
This review is from: Normal (Audio CD)
okay this group is from years back, (97-98) half of this cd has some great songs....they are classics especially "los demas" which was redone and repoped by Julio Iglesias Jr. in which nobody and I don't even think himself are giving up the props to this band that brought the song to the table in the first place!! So sorry Enrique..I mean Julio...this song aint yours!! Fulano de Tal has a fresh and original version that makes it their own. (which it is)!! No soy gringo, is a take that!! to all of you that have been americanized!! its a song of pride and self assurance....This cd has great cuts you should look into it, its a cd you should have if your a fan of Latin rock!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fulano de Tal -Normal, December 15, 1999
This review is from: Normal (Audio CD)
I saw them live and ask them if they had any album out. After listening to Normal, I think this band has a real solid future. It's one of those albums that you can listen all the way thru. Some of the songs should get air time, they would become instant hits, such as: Christina Maria, Los Demas, Complicated, Yo No Soy Gringo, . I don't know why their management people don't try to do so. It is a solid album, great sound .

Its hard to find good Latin music that doesnt sound like Menudo. Finally Fulano de Tal breaks the stereotypes and puts out great rock and pop. Just listen and you'll be hooked. I cant wait to get their next CD.
