desert island bebop recording, May 21, 2007

For fans of 1950's west coast bebop, this is a priceless recording. The musicianship is of course marvelous, but the sheer fun that shines forth through their playing is wonderful. This is jazz at it's "hippest". I own more than 1,500 LP's and CD's. This has to be one of my 5 favorites. I have listened to it hundreds of times. It never fails to please. BUY IT BEFORE IT IS OUT OF PRINT. You won't be disappointed.
