5.0 out of 5 stars Another great Rockwell Calendar, September 3, 2010

I've had a Norman Rockwell Calendar on my office wall for 20+ years. Amazon has the best prices. Make sure you order 2011 in late October or early November, because they run out every year and you may have to wait until March for your calendar if you procrastinate.

3.0 out of 5 stars Rockin?, November 27, 2009

The pictures are great, which goes without saying with Rockwell. But I don't think that they chose the best pictures this year. Remember calendar pages are seen for 30 days at a time! I usually buy this calendar for my class because I find Rockwell's art is very intricate and you always find something else in them - great for a class. But I think the pictures they chose are mostly the more simplistic ones. Also, the altar boy one wouldn't be good for a public school. Again, it's a great picture but think about the calendar shots. You're alienating public school classes and all other religions besides Christianity. Make a separate Rockwell calendar w. religious themes, but as a Jewish person I'm not gonna look at a religiously Christian scene for a whole month.
