The stories in this book show the true magic and spirit of Christmas. This book will move you like no other book has before. The stories tell of the human sacrifices and joys during Christmas. The stories will leave a huge lump in your throat. I have read these stories to my 3 boys every Christmas for the past 8 or 9 years and even now that they are growing up, they ask, Dad are you going to read to us tonight from the story book?

I love this book! It's full of stories, poems, anecdotes, recipes, and carols which warm the heart and get you in the mood for Christmas. Norman Rockwell's accompanying paintings add the perfect touch!

I got this book at a museum that was having an exhibit of Norman Rockwell's work. When I got home I sat down with it and flipped through. I love the Christmas pictures that he did. And the stories that were chosen are perfect for this book. I don't have children, but I can see how reading to them from this book would be a perfect childhood tradition to have. I am so glad I got this book.

I first saw this book at my niece's home Christmas day; her husband had given it to her as a present. I thumbed through it and couldn't wait to get home and order it. Lovely illustrations and poems and stories. This would be a perfect Christmas present. Keep this in mind for this year's gift giving and keep one for yourself. You won't be sorry.

I am 26 years old, and my father has read my sister and I a story from this book every Christmas Eve since I can remember. Even the few times we have spent Christmas away from home, we have brought this book with us. This Christmas will be the first Christmas I have ever been apart from my family. I will be spending it with my new husband. We'll be starting Christmas traditions of our own - but this is one we will always carry on... Thanks Daddy.

This is an ideal gift or a treasure to keep for yourself. I am a 25 year old that has enjoyed this book with my family every Christmas since I can remember. The stories and pictures will warm your heart! It has been a tradition in my family and one I recommend for any family!

When we think Holidays...Thanksgiving, Christmas...we always want to picture ours to be as perfect, as joyful as one of Rockwell's paintings. They never are, of course, but we can still try.

I purchased this book as a gift to my sister who is a loving grandma. She will share it's classic stories with her grandchildren this Christmas and for Christmases to come! It was the perfect gift!

This is a wonderful book! It is the perfect book to have out on your coffee table. The 'Christmas Book' offers more than beautiful images, there are delightful poems, stories and songs that will be sure to be a great addition to your Christmas season. It was a the perfect book to have lying around at my eggnog party!!

This Christmas book is something I grew up with, and spent many hours poring over...I love the collection of stories, poems, carols, and recipes! Now that I have my own family I had to get this to share with my 2 yr. old daughter. I look forward to reading the stories aloud for years to come, and even trying the recipes for the first time. I sang her a carol, and it was nice to have the lyrics as I had forgotten many of them. After I finished singing, she said "again!" I am so happy to add this book to my collection.
