The funnel is an essential kitchen device that has universally posed a problem: versatile to use, it has been impossible to store conveniently, until now. Boje Estermann designed this collapsible funnel, then partnered with Normann Copenhagen to develop a rubber that could retain its shape or easily fold, while meeting the sanitary and functional requirements of a kitchen utensil. The result is a funnel that can be folded into a disk that stores conveniently in a kitchen drawer or can be hung flush with the wall. Suitable for pouring hot or cold substances, the funnel is easy to keep clean.
