This is a handy and attractive pie server with an 11" long flat surface and a serrated left edge that allows you to cut through the thickest crusts to create and lift out beautiful, effortless slices every time. This utensil is easy to use and it is sturdy enough for those heavy and frozen desserts that tend to be hard to get out of the pan.Its just the right size and weight and I will order a few for gifts.
