Cute little donut dropper. Doesn't work the best but is fun to use. Next time I'll try thinner batter than what I did. I made funny looking freaks. I didn't make 1 single normal looking donut. Fun to use with kids but don't plan to make professional looking donuts.

you cant tell from the picture but this thing is only about six inches tall and can hold about 2 cups of batter, and i feel like i could break it if i accidentily dropped it. i should have guessed that from the price.

If you use a thin batter, this donut maker will work well for you. If your typical batter is thick, such as a coconut flour batter often is, this won't work at all. This is a light weight batter dispenser, seems to be well-made for the price. It simply didn't work for the purpose I wanted it for.

I'm not sure what I thought it would be like. The recipes for doughnuts that came with this product make a thick batter that continues to thicken once made! Even right after it's made and put into the funnel, it is TOO THICK. In order for this to work, the batter needs to be thin, like a cake batter. The recipes make more of a quick bread batter. I'm still in the process of finding a good recipe to make cake doughnuts with this thing. Otherwise I'll just stick to yeast doughnuts.

The consept of this is great. I tried the donut maker that was electric and it worked perfectly except all the donuts were terrible. I decided to try this. I may need some practice making the dough, Although the donuts were absolutley wonderful they looked like some alien food group. Consistancey using the recipes provided was the problem and im sure it was something i did wrong because they tasted wonderful.Major problem is this item is very poorly constructed and very flimsy and the handle part kept popping out while I was using it. Im not going to say don't buy this becuase with the recipes provided are wonderful and it might be I simple need practice in makeing the dough. I really wish it was made with better material, If it were it would be perfeft

Great pancake or cupcake batter dispenser!,

I guess I can't say it works great for donuts (never tried), but it's perfect as a pancake dispenser! Have been using this one for 10+ years, still looks & works great. Also like it when pouring cupcake batter, keeps the edges neat & clean...I give it short shots of batter for more volume control. It holds about 2-1/4 cups of batter at a time.
