Used these this morning for making crumpets for Xmas breakfast. Worked beautifully. I didn't have to try to keep all the crumpets the same shape, didn't have to chase the batter all over the skillet. Very handy tool. My only problem was that my largest skillet will only hold 1 at a time flat (the second starts climbing the slanted side). So it took a while to make a batch, but maybe I just need to invest in a larger skillet! :)

I shut one of them in the drawer this morning, and it didn't damage it or warp it out of shape at all, so they're pretty sturdy.

The price was excellent. Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was prompt. The high quality of the muffin rings was matched by their performance in the kitchen. They performed flawlessly on my electric griddle.

I use these in a moderate oven. They wash up well and have not bent or warped or rusted. Great price!

I tried every kitchen and discount store in the city and couldn't find these. I bake gluten free and needed something to make rolls that could be used as hamburger buns or with poached eggs, etc. I was thrilled to find these on Amazon. They work great for baking rolls with a thicker batter (a thin batter will run out the edges). Also, be sure to spray with vegetable spray because they are not non-stick. I ordered two boxes and then ordered them again a few months later so I could bake larger batches. Love 'em!

Each ring will take 10 tablespoons to fill it up to the top.

Note that these rings DID scratch my non-stick griddle surface.
When these rings arrive, you should take a pair of needle nose vise grips and bend or smash the sharp corners.
Then use a file of some sort to round off anything that feels like it may still scratch.

I just wish I had known this earlier ...
I would still buy these again and still give them a five star, but I would do a little bit of a touch on them if you have the tools and ability.

A simple finger nail file may even do the trick.
They are sturdy, they do work, and they are price nicely.

I've used similar rings in the past and often found that they did not last well. I am pleased with the sturdiness of these rings and the nice finish on them. They are strong, clean easily and do the job right. The price is reasonable, especially given how well made they are.

I used 1 muffin ring, washed it, dried it and put it in the drawer. Went back 2 days later and it was rusted!
I went to pull a second one out of the box to clean it - already busted before even getting to use - now it's just a long line of cheap tin, completely useless! These are going back tomorrow.

Have been making some great crumpets and these are perfect - in fact I just ordered some more! now I just need a bigger pan!

Just received these rings as part of my order from Amazon. I gave them 1 star because it's the lowest possible. As ALWAYS delivery was earlier than I thought. There are 4 rings in the box, one not usable since the spot weld was open. When I contacted Amazon they immediately offered a refund, (always impressed with their service!!) Bottom line these rings are poorly made at best so I can't imagine them lasting.

Excellent muffin rings. Great value. Bought two sets to use in making English muffins. They worked like a charm. Must remember to spray first with PAM or similar oil spray so that they function properly. I used them on a non-stick griddle. Comments by other reviewers were very instructive. Avoided cheapest product and chose these instead. Worth the extra bucks.The recipe on the box is very good although if you use it, one set on rings is sufficient to make 20 muffins.Other recipes calling for a looser batter rather than a dough require more rings because you must use them to cook muffins. The recipe on the box makes use of the rings in cooking optional and they function more like cookie cutters.
