My recipe made exactly 24 cookies, they came out perfect. You wouldn't want to wash the sheet and start again - besides, the batter deflates if it sits around. I painted softened butter on with a pastry brush and dusted lightly with flour from a shaker. The cookies lifted right out and were beautifully browned. Always prepare pans before you start mixing so you can fill immediately. Madeleines are easy, and such a hit, you'll bake them often. This will justify the cost if you're thinking it's a little high.

Delivered quickly and as described. Great for madeline cookies - used them and loved them.

The picture does not do justice to the form. The shells are a nice size, makes for a great desert!

This was a great pan, it's strong and was easy to grease with butter and flower.

I definitely recommend this pan and that recipe. The only downfall is that you can't make too many at one time, but since they cook quickly it's not too bad a downfall.

I wish I could have used this wonderful pan, but it was not the 13.5" stated--it was 15.5" and too big for my little oven. However, Amazon made the return hassle free, and it didn't cost me a thing to send it back--they paid for the shipping since it was their error (though it did take almost 4 weeks to get my CC credited).

I see that they have changed the size to the correct measurement, which is great. Kudos to Amazon for good solid service and paying attention to keeping things on the up and up as stated on description pages. That's important for online buying and Amazon seems to know this...!

I was looking for this product for th longest while and was thrilled to find it here--especially at this price. I am totally loving it. Well worth the wait and the weight.

Made my first chocolate Madeleines this morning and they turned out lovely. This pan has 12 full size impressions, and mine came with a sticker that said "Made in France".

Its sturdy & well made and has a lip on both long sides for easy handling. I am currently making excuses to order another one....like making two flavors at the same time...yeah...

You'll love this pan.

This pan made my first venture into madeleine making so easy! Everything worked as it should, and my friends loved the madeleines and were curious about how they are made. Highly recommend this pan!

Great Madeleine sheet. I don't care for non-stick coatings coming off in my food, so this pan is perfect. If used correctly the Madeleines will not stick. Works and looks like a winner.
