Same Result,
By You can't push down on two of these at the same time and get quality results. You would have a better result making a ball and slapping it up against the wall.

This is a great product for making 1/3 - 1/2 lb. burger patties. The slats that the press makes in the patty helps keep the burger nice and flat when cooking. I found that a small sheet of parchment (or wax) paper on the bottoms solves the sticking issues noted by other reviewers.

USELESS!,

Especially bad for people who like to make large burgers! Meat just oozes over the side. Any size burgers are impossible to remove once "pressed" if you don't use paper during said pressing.

This press makes dents across the surface of the hamburger rather than a golf-ball diameter indent that helps get a flat patty when you grille it.
Otherwise, it's a good press...use waxed paper sheets to get the patties out easily. Non-stick isn't.

Good Product, and cheaper than Williams and Sonoma Order was received in a timely manner. Would order from them again.

Use Pam and Nothing Sticks!,
This review is from: Norpro Double Burger Press (Kitchen)
Just because it says non-stick doesn't mean it "won't" stick! Pam means non-stick! Use Pan on both sides, save some aggravation.I use Pam anytime I fry anythng non-stick pan or not.

Bad Design!,

Bought one of these at Linens and Things for $14.99. The ground meat sticks and falls apart making it impossible to get a patty. We tried using Pam, that did not help. Just bad design.
