Cooks nicely, non-stick performs well, great new shape. Very satisfied customer! The cherry cheesecake recipe included is good, too. **Hint: use recipes for 10-in round pans to make full use of the pan

Finally, a pan that makes it easy to bake! No more messing up the first piece of cheesecake or brownies, trying to get them out of the pan. The sides of this pan just pop off and leave you with access to cut from all sides. The non-stick finish cleans up in seconds. It bakes evenly, also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to bake.

I just love this pan. Good quality pan? So I thought, till the non stick paint peeled off. I do love all the spring form pans. Didn't realize how great these pans were until I had to get on a Gluten Free diet. All of the recipes call for the use of these types of pans. I'm sold. My never go back to traditional ones. Why? The foods so easy to get out of the pan. I'm not sure what went wrong. Really disappointed... I guess I'll have to look for another one. Maybe another brand...

This is my first springform pan because I always heard that they tend to leak, but other reviews stated that this pan didn't. When I got this pan, I saw an approximately 2 mm rust spot on the bottom of the inside of the pan, so I'm not sure how long the coating will last.

I baked a cake in it and it didn't leak. The fit is very snug once the sides are locked. You can serve the cake on the base, but I would advise using a paper liner just to make sure you don't scratch it.

We had a recipe for shortbread that was supposed to be made in a round springform pan and cut into wedges. My wife wanted squares, so we found this pan on Amazon. Wow! It really worked great. Shipping was very fast, too.

This easy to use springform pan is great. I like to use parchment paper on the bottom and around the inside of pan. Makes it so much easier to line. I am very pleased. I have both the square and the rectangle pans.

I love spring form pans. Yes, you have to be careful with washing them, but they work really well and save so much time since they come apart, for releasing items and the washing!

It's nice to have a square springform pan so that you can easily cut up your cheesecake at the office party but... If you make the mistake of picking this pan up at the corners, the sides will pop off of the bottom and you will loose your cake. Also, although this is a nice heavy construction pan, it is really difficult for me to gauge when my cake should be done. My round pans are much thinner metal and I know how long to cook them. I like the pan but if I really want to be sure my cake will come out just right, I use the cheaper round thinner pans.

I was really excited when I found this pan but when I make brownies in it, the batter leaks out and seals the two pieces together. It makes it really difficult to get the pan to open and I pulled too hard and ruined the spring part. Now I can't use it any more because it won't tighten. I don't know of another brand that makes this type of pan.
