excellent nonstick performance,

good nonstick performance, easy to clean just a soapy sponge and quick rinse. Have used it at high temperatures in the oven without any damage to non stick surface. The pan itself has cups that have been attached rather than a stamped sheet of metal. This results in more even heating.

I really like these. My only complaint is that I can't fit two of them on a single oven rack. They brown nicely, and clean easily.
