Once I got used to the idea that my regular cooking pans didn't have the kind of handle I was used to I found them to be pleasant to cook with. Not only are they elegant looking, but they spread heat evenly while cooking, and clean up easily after. The glass lid allows you to check the food without losing heat and the strainer option on the lid makes draining food easy.

It is a very good pot. But too small for two portions of spagetti. Enough for two portions of short pasta.

This pot is better than anything I saw at Target or Walmart and a better value. We use it all the time, especially for cooking rice.

Its a very nicestainless steel 2 QUART suace pan. The lid drains well, and has two different size wholes that accomodate most things you'd want to drain from this TWO QUART pan.

The handles get a little hot, but I can live with that. The pour spouts pour nicely as well. There are a couple dark spots inside from where they welded the handles on to this TWO QUART pan.

But when I went to add liquid and couldnt fit it all into my 2.5 quart pan..that when I realized they duped me, and its really only TWO QUARTS. It is even stamped on the bottom 2.5...but it most certainly is not.

We own the 1.5 quart vented pot, and gave another, plus the 2.5 quart vented pot, as gifts. This brand has a very high quality, with thick bottom. The see-through straining lid and the well-shaped pouring spout cannot be beat. TIP: To ease cleaning, even when boiling water, rub the inside of the pots with Peanut Oil before using. Peanut Oil is the *best* oil to use in cooking (IMHO). It is perfect for pan frying and acts a bit like a non-stick surface for everything else.

This pot is overflowing with two quarts of water. The dimensions listed are deceptive. How can you have a round pot with three dimensions? The box states that the diameter is 7.5 inches, so what is Amazon listing at 9 inches??? I can probably use it for something, and at the price it's not worth the trouble of returning it, but I won't buy another product from this manufacturer without being able to see it - certainly not from Amazon.

Nice, substantial pot, and heavy for it's size. For one person cooking, it's perfect. But I wanted a pot to cook things like pasta for two people, and this size is a little small. The 3.5 or 4.5 would be perfect for a couple. The lid stays on when you drain the pot, good fit; I just couldn't tell the size from looking at it online.

I like that this pan has two short handles instead of one long handle. Almost all of my pot, pans, and skillets have two handles instead of one. This makes it easier to store more pots and pans. However, you do have to be more careful. The shorter handles get hot more easily than a longer handle. The pan cleans nicely.

Love the pot, cooks everything great and pan is real quality. Quality of pan is way above what I would expect for the cost I paid. I have seen others like it for much more. Perfect size for pasta or potatoes for my use. Love the straining lid.

This will not work on the GE Profile induction range. Otherwise it's an OK utilitarian pot. The handles are spot welded to the pot and stick out far from it offering a leverage point that may eventually end up breaking off the handles.
