Thermometer didn't work, but Norpro was excellent,

I'm giving this 3 stars because the thermometer gets 0 stars, but Norpro gets 5 stars. Unfortunately I waited over 30 days before trying this thermometer and it broke after the first use. It was too late to return to Amazon so I contacted Norpro and they were great! I just had to ship them the old thermometer and they sent me a better model for free. Thanks Norpro!! I'll look for your products again.
