Easy to use, eggs do not stick if you use some vegetable oil spray.

I purchased two of these pans a couple months ago and used them with great excitement at first. The poacher fits easily in several of my pans and cooks the eggs evenly. As time has gone by, I noticed that the center of both pans began to rust as the center (where the handle connects) is not coated well. Second, the non-stick coating is very sensitive. While I should have followed this rule from the beginning (my fault), you should avoid using metal items to remove the cooked eggs. I used a metal spoon to scoop out an egg, and it chipped away at the coating. I still use the non-scratched pan regularly; I just have to be careful to clean the rusted area.

This fits perfectly in my pan, and I finally can make eggs without having to grapple with a spatula or use disgusting amounts of cooking oil. Good product, speedy delivery.

Works with a number of pots and pans I already own, and it is dishwasher safe. Exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Other reviewers had stated that eggs stuck in the pan for them. They don't for me. I do use a small pat of butter and let it melt before I put an egg inside; but I had done that for years because all the other poachers (three depression and very old) that I used required it or the eggs would stick. I really don't care one way or the other about the knob in the center. The screw holding the knob in place is the only part that might rust. This is a good item for cooking single eggs as well.

This non stick poacher fits easily into a frying pan and works very nicely poaching the eggs. It is easily cleaned and stacks among the pans when not in use.

I have used one of these for over a year and I love it. I do do one thing that the instructions don't mention: instead of cooking spray I put about 1/2 teaspoon of butter in each pocket before dropping the egg in. I have never had one stick. I like the fact that you can lift the poacher out of the pan by sticking a fork in the side hole and using it like a handle. Makes it easy to retrieve the eggs.

This product is a great insert for any skillet to make steamed/poached eggs relatively quickly. The eggs end up being the right thickness and large enough to fill an english muffin. I have used it nearly a dozen times and have not had any issues with the egg sticking to the product. However, I do use a quick spray of oil prior to adding the egg. highly recommended.

Does a great job. The eggs come out cooked perfectly in 3 minutes. Also, if you're in a hurry for a boiled egg say for a tossed salad, just let the cooker do its thing for a few more minutes.
