The Spano vertical poltury racks say they're non-stick, but the coating wears off VERY fast and is very hard to clean. This rack is "as-advertised" and really does clean up easily. Also, since it disassembles, it is much easier to store. Here is a case of less-is-more!

This is the best roaster for chicken I have found. Coat bird with WOK oil(stir fry oil) along with herb chicken seasoning and it will be great !! ~ Always a moist Chicken done to perfection, crispy skin.

We love the way roast chickens come out using this product (moist with crispy skin). But like another reviewer said, the coating wears off very fast. I am now covering the pan with foil each time I use it. I wish I had purchased a stainless one instead.

It's cheap and ideal for roasting chickens, or other small game birds. It's all 'non-stick' and does the job. In case the bird has a lot of fat, you should place the roaster with it's small collection pan inside a bigger container - just in case it overflows.

Works well. Simple, intuitive minor assembly. The nonstick feature is a real timesaver and preserves against rust (which is why I had to purchase a new one). Would be nicer if the 'pot' were larger, however overall a good bang for my buck.

I always had one of these vertical roasters and when my old one was worn, I loved that Amazon had one. The chicken skin comes out crispy and so juicy. The one thing you MUST do, however, is put the vertical roaster in another pan, such as a cake pan or pie plate as the grease will overflow -- but that is the good thing....no grease so healthier chicken!!

Based on the reviews, I was anxious to try this product. The pieces did not stay together when the poultry was placed over it. We tried numerous times thinking that we were doing something wrong but we evidently received a faulty product. While the prongs fitted correctly in the holes provided, no matter how we placed them together at the top, they fell apart even before the bird was placed over the unit. Very disapointed!! We will continue to use the old roasting pan.

Used several times now, it produces a chicken with crisp skin when you start off roasting at very high heat. Easy to clean also.

The chicken tastes good, has little fat and cooks quickly. I bought some for friends. They are satisfied with the product.
