One thing I saw issue with right away is that the glass is incredibly thin, I was surprised how thin it was. I am a bit concerned it can easily break and then I won't be able to find another glass to replace it.
This is where things are a bit interesting. How do you get the dipper out of the jar and get honey into your cup without making a mess everywhere? I figured it out right away. Just pull the dipper straight up, rotate it so the stem is horizontal (make sure the stream of honey is still going straight into the jar), start twisting the stem so that the honey wraps on the dipper and there is no more stream, now bring your dipper to your cup and viola you should get tasty honey into your cup with no other mess. I have found that almost everyone cannot figure it out and makes a mess of my honey. There is no real solution for this, but it makes me see that maybe getting honey out isn't as intuitive as I thought. I hope my advice helps.
I would really buy this product again if I had to. If the glass breaks I will try to find a thicker replacement without buying it again, but if I can't find one, then I will just buy this product again.

We had one that cracked, and really wanted a replacement. The old one was as shown in the pictures - a thicker base on the glass jar. The new one is indeed very thin glass. Read morePublished 24 days ago by Dale B.
It's nice, but the honey gets all over the side of the pot and your mug. No matter how close you try and put it to your cup it still manages to get somewhere it shouldnt!Published 1 month ago by Randi Claunch
It's a nice idea and less messy, but it's much slower than just squeezing from a plastic bottle.Published 1 month ago by Tim S.
It is a honey pot, and it hold honey. The opening in the top is took small and I tend to hit the ball on it frequently making a mess on the outside of the jar.Published 1 month ago by Jiah Quayle
For some reason I thought this would be the godsend of honey dippers and solve all dripping problems. Turns out, it still drips onto the glass edges. Read morePublished 2 months ago by R Ryanson
