I use these to bake batches of cookies and its so easy to clean. I like the size of the sheet; I can fit 4 of them in the oven on two oven racks; a real time saver when baking a large batch of cookies. The sheet feels more of a heavier weight gauge than the stainless sheets I've used before which I imagine the sheets will last me years. Great product, highly recommend.

I have searched unsuccessfully in local stores for stainless steel cookie sheets to replace my 27-year-old ones. I was very pleased to find that these Norpro baking sheets are even better: heavier gauge and larger size than my old ones. Great quality. They will last indefinitely. I am very pleased with them and look forward to purchasing other bakeware from Norpro in the future.

This was not the heaviest or the the best made stainless steel baking sheet I have ever used, but it is better than most of the other baking sheets out on the market. It hasn't warped yet from the heat of the oven and the glue that was stuck on it came off after rubbing it with vegetable oil. That said, these sheets have folded down edges that could still catch on stuff or even cut someone if they're handled wrong. This is probably due to the thinness of the metal, heavier sheets that I once had had the edges folded up and smoothed off.

There isn't much to say as this is a simple product, but it works great. The heavy gauge is especially nice as it makes for very even cooking. Stainless steel is the only way to go for oven-ware in my opinion.

I purchased four of these wonderful cookie sheets. They are beautiful - BUT I am so disappointed in the packaging that ruined the finish. The paper that was glued to the top side of each of my cookie sheets left a large spot of glue behind that WILL NOT come off. I have tried everything, and have only ended up with my beautiful new cookie sheets all scratched up and extremely ugly looking! I can't tell you how upset I am about this. Why does the company have to use such strong glue that it won't come off!?

Easy access for food manipulation and a nice finish but has a significant warping problem with higher oven temperatures.

I was looking for a simple and sturdy baking sheet. This was one of the only ones I could find without insulationg layers or non-stick coating. To me it hard to beat a good solid stainless steel baking sheet surface and that is what this is.

This is a nice sturdy pan made of all stainless- thankfully no non-stick surface. I love is so far, but lately it does seem to do a little twisting and boinging in the oven when I baked cookies last. I do like it, though

I purchased two of these baking sheets and they are wonderful! They are perfect for baking and clean easily. I am so happy with my purchase.

This is a very nice baking sheet. Just the right size for a standard oven and made from heavy gauge stainless steel. I have only used them once to bake cookies and they worked well and cleaned up very easily which is the main reason I wanted stainless because the aluminum I have is much harder to clean. I would recommend these to friends and family.
