Spend the little extra for a lifetime pan. This is a nice heavy weight pan, not at all flimsy. It cleans up nicely too.

I have used this pan for roasting poultry and vegetables, browning granola, and lasagna. It is a good weight pan for those purposes. I was hoping it would be thick enough to heat on the stovetop to deglase drippings but it is not quite thick enough to disperse direct heat.
