5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding Nortel Networks Reference, October 20, 2000

I am a field engineer who supports Nortel Networks Enterprise Routers. I find this book to be outstanding and it provides an in depth explanation of routing and it's protocols. This book to me is like receiving a Master's degree in Routing. This working maniscript gives you the confidence and the knowledge to approach a situation at a customers site and resolve the issue. I believe the person who wrote this book written it with the success of the field engineer in mind. My hat is off to the author of this book. Bravo, a job well done. Thank you....

4.0 out of 5 stars Nortel Optimization, February 13, 2001
This review is from: Nortel Networks Troubleshooting & Optimization (Paperback)
This book proved to be a great resource to develop monitoring and performance management procedures for our Accelar 1200 switches. Although software tools exist to manage performance, a Network Engineer needs to understand how to use these tools - this book is a great roadmap for that.
