When we first found out I was pregnant we were very excited, it happened very quickly. We went on a vacation to South Carolina from Massachusetts. We were in a small boutique when we happened upon the "Mustard Yellow Monkey" We decided that even though it was a splurge it was the very first thing we purchased for our son and decided to do it. My son Just turned 10 months old and immediately when we get into the car he grabs for this monkey we lovingly call "Mini Mo". I had kept this lovey a car only toy, however recently he began getting upset leaving it when we would come home. I was certain I would never find this exact lovey again. I turned to Amazon and instantly was beyond delighted that these monkeys do exist outside of that small boutique in SC. I ordered three and they came within two days. I am going to put aside the one we purchased him while he was still in my belly and add it to a box of important things I am saving for him. In turn I will put one in the car, and I will allow him to have one in the house now.

One suggestion that I pass on to every parent is this... If you find a toy that your child seems to take to and can't live without buy another if you can find one. Because this was relatively inexpensive I was able to buy three more. Once you have a duplicate in your possession you should swap out your child's favorite toy with the duplicate about every week. This will allow the same amount of "wear and tear" on the item. Trust me when I say if you try to replace a loved stuffed animal with a brand new one some day down the road you wont be pulling the wool over your child's eyes and he will know it is not the same toy. If you swap them back and forth it allows them to get worn the same and smell the same as well as look and feel the same. I am so glad I found this product again. I know my son will always have his "Mini Mo" now.

As for the product itself, it is soft, vibrant in color, small for little hands to hold onto and the body is flat which is nice for babies and children who like to rub fabric against their cheek or between their fingers in an effort to calm down or relieve anxiety. These are reasonably priced to grab a few and I recommend throwing one in a baby shower gift. I really had no idea my son would love this monkey lovey so much.

My son is one year old and has had this toy since birth. He has recently become very attached to his little yellow puppy and now must have it wherever he goes. He will go to the crib and pull it out, leaving all his other plush animals and blankies behind. I think it's the perfect size for a baby. It's small and smushy and he can clutch it easily and carry it around without tripping over it. I am ordering another one (or two) just in case the original goes missing or meets an unfortunate end.

At first I received the wrong item (a pink blanket for my son). When I contacted the company they immediately sent theright one and included a return shipping label for me to mail the other back. My son loves his lovey blanket and I ordered a second to have just in case.

Soft, snuggly, easy for baby to grab, small enough to take along, big enough to keep track of in the crib or diaper bag... and in so many adorable animal shapes and colors. These are the perfect loveys! I have 2 of the same one for my son, so that we have one at home and one on-the-go, and if one gets misplaced then we can quickly grab the other before naptime.

I discovered these loveys when someone else gave them to my now-4-yo nephews as baby gifts. Those boys *still* carry their around, toss them in the air, and sleep with them. One uses his as a teether, and it's still holding up after 4 years of that! I was thrilled to finally figure out how to search for them ('cozies' instead of 'loveys') so that I could buy some for my son. Since then, I've also given them as gifts to my niece and several friends' babies. Everyone loves them, boys, girls, newborns up through 4 yos, moms and dads, so far in my limited sample. :-) Quite possibly the best baby gift ever!

I was gifted the lion cozy at a baby shower from another parent whose child enjoyed a similar style. I am so happy she did. My 11 month old son loves his lion and it helps him fall asleep and helps self sooth and sleep through the night. He loves to carry it around the house - even now that he is crawling. They are very soft and cuddly. They are flat (unstuffed); only their heads have a small amount of stuffing for a bit of dimensionality. Because the cozy is flat (and somewhat breathable) we felt comfortable allowing our son to sleep with it before we would have allowed any stuffed animals or blankets. We began using it at about 4 months, when we felt that it would not put him in danger. There are no sewn on parts or buttons to be a choking hazard. These cozies are small & lightweight - easy to pack in a diaper bag so we always have one with us. I would recommend buying several once you have found one that your child gravitates to so you can rotate & wash them and always have a spare.

I expected this to be bigger (my fault for not knowing what a "cozie" was), but oh so soft and cute!

My son LOVES his little lions...they are super soft and the perfect size for tiny hands! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a "lovey" for their child.

I received this today and it is a piece of junk. Not only is the stitching sloppy and exposed but it has holes in the seams. this would not survive as a lovey. One wash and it'd be junk. Also the body fabric is really cheap and not what one would expect for the price. The head and tail are the soft velour, but the body feels like cheap polyester (like the Jammies you get at discount stores that pill on the first wash.)

Our daughter LOVES her NAB cozy! She has a purple flatocat that she sleeps with for every nap and every night. She uses it to soothe herself if she's upset and she's been able to put herself back to sleep at night since she was very little thanks to her cozy. It's washable, which is essential, and it's small enough that it's easy to throw in a bag or purse and bring it with us. My only complaint is that they stopped making her particular model and I've been searching high and low to buy out all the remaining cats where I can find them!

My daughter loves these guys and is never without one of her lovies. They've held up well these past 14 months and show little sign of wear (only the tags are a bit frayed). It's a quality product at a good price.
