The new Denali Jacket is constructed with recycled material as part of The North Face commitment to sustainability. Denali solid fleece fabric is derived from 87% recycled content, and the Denali heather fleece fabric from 65% recycled material. These materials are made from 90% post-industrial waste and 10% post-consumer waste, stopping the flow of materials to the landfill and creating valuable materials from waste. The North Face will save 20.9 pounds of CO2 emissions per yard of Denali solid fleece fabric, and approximately 40 pounds of greenhouse gases and 0.52 gallons of gasoline will be saved for every Denali solid fleece jacket.
Warranty Information
The North Face products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for two years. During this period, if a product fails or is damaged due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, the manufacturer will repair the product without charge, replace it, or credit it. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
About the North Face
Named for the coldest, most unforgiving side of a mountain, The North Face has helped explorers reach the most unfathomable heights of the Himalayas. But The North Face legend begins, ironically, on a beach. More precisely, San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood, at an altitude of only 150 feet above sea level. It was here in 1966 that two hiking enthusiasts resolved to follow their passions and founded a small mountaineering retail store. Soon thereafter, that little shop became known as The North Face, a retailer of high-performance climbing and backpacking equipment. In 1968, The North Face moved to the other side of San Francisco Bay, to the unbridled possibilities of the Berkeley area, and began designing and manufacturing its own brand of technical mountaineering apparel and equipment.
Now, more than 40 years after its humble grand opening, The North Face delivers an extensive line of performance apparel, equipment, and footwear. The company pushes the boundaries of innovation so that its customers can push the boundaries of exploration. The North Face maintains an unwavering commitment to pushing the limits of design, so that you can push your limits outdoors. Never stop exploring.

Kind of disappointed,
By kelly "kpw" (New Hampshire) - See all my reviews

I have a Denali jacket that I LOVE and have been wearing it all the time for the past 2 years (can wear 3 seasons in New England!)...that's why I decided to purchase another one. Buyers be aware that the new Denali jackets are "recycled" materials. If you had an old version, you will notice the difference...if not...maybe not? The jacket seems "cheaper" and not as plush, thick, soft, or warm. I wasn't sure if it was a defect or a fake or what? But, it has all the North Face tags. This was my favorite jacket and it is unfortunate that they cheezed out on it. I will not purchase another.

I live in the the Pacific Northwest and almost every person has this jacket. It keeps everyone warm and we use it about 300 days out of the year, its great for rain (it doesn't get soaked) and wind (it keeps the wind out). It maintains itself very well, the zippers are strong and rarely break off, the fleece hasn't worn thin and it still washes well. I love the jacket and its worth every penny.

Hardly need anything else!,
This review is from: The North Face Denali Womens Fleece Jacket (Misc.)
I am used to harsh Buffalo winters but hated bulky winter jackets. This fleece is warm and perfect for running around in during fall/winter/spring. I only wore a heavy duty winter jacket a few times all winter- the fleece was perfect for running to class everyday. I would purchase in multiple colors throw on a scarf and boots and be good to go! Simple, warm, and stylish.
