LOVE this tent!
We have used our Northpole tent 3 years now & yes, have been caught in DOWNPOURS...ours NEVER leaked. I was really shocked by the other review. Would have LOVED to find their tents in the trash, LOL! ANYWAY, was searching for an extra for my sister & came across this ad & thought I should share my experience. $69, really, wow. Mine was $190 & I think it was worth...

Yes its big, but doesnt stand up in rain
We bought two of these tents when Sams Club had them on clearence. I thought they were the best tents we ever owned. Lots of room, good ventilation. Just awesome. Until it rained. Then we found out why they were only $69.00 each. They leak. Not just one or 2 spots, everywhere. And it was both tents. Yes we set them up right. They just dont have any water repellant on them...

Then we found out why they were only $69.00 each. They leak. Not just one or 2 spots, everywhere. And it was both tents. Yes we set them up right. They just dont have any water repellant on them at all. If you do get them, seal, seal , seal, seams, fabric, everything, and then good luck. Once they are wet, and the wind blows just a small amount, the tent will collapse. The poles arent strong enough to hold it up in any wind once its wet. Save your money. Mine is in a dumpster at the camp ground. Both trashed.

Just my 2cents. Hope I can find another one!
