This product was not bad. It arrived in good condition. The colors were really true to what is in the picture. The only reason I did not give it more stars is because it was underfilled. I know it's a bean bag chair but we have to go out and buy more stuffing because it almost feels like you're gonna touch the floor when you sit. But so far no serious issues:)
